Returns Authorisation
Before returning any item please contact CSG by telephone or email for a returns authorisation number. No returns will be accepted without a returns authorisation number.
Returns Packaging
Please use the original packaging when returning the goods. Also include the despatch note and a short note explaining why the goods are being returned. Either a carrier or recorded delivery should be used. Refunds only apply to damaged or faulty goods.

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund. We will refund your account once we have received and processed the item. It must be in it’s original packaging and arrive here in good condition.
