If you are a commercial undertaking and have a valid account or are a Government body, then you can be placed on our emergency hotline register free of charge.

Our Emergency Hotline Service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

All CSG depots hold the necessary specialist vehicles, equipment and qualified personnel to respond to oil and chemical spills, water course contamination and leaking tanks and bunds.

Re-drumming, high pressure water jetting and attention to gullies and drains can also form part of the clean up operation.

How the system works...

Upon receipt of a completed application form, your company or organisation will be registered as an Emergency Hotline Card holder. In return we will provide you with an Emergency Hotline Card which will contain a unique identification number and our Emergency telephone number.
